DOER released a draft of the SMART Emergency Regs Compensation Program this week. SEBANE and partner solar trade associations issued a press release in response, indicating with modifications, new solar regulations could lay foundation for expanding savings and jobs in the Commonwealth. Groups will be working with members and other stakeholders to issue comments. Public hearing date and comment period have not been officially announced, but tentative dates to pencil in *may be* July 11 for a hearing and July 12 for comments.
