The largest event of energy week brings together hundreds of energy and policy leaders at the Grappone Center in Concord for the newest highlights of work toward realizing NH’s Clean Energy Future.
This year’s energy breakfast will feature a discussion on offshore wind energy development and a deep dive into the changing ways that NH businesses and municipalities are using, generating, and distributing energy. Presentations will begin with a facilitated discussion with a leading offshore wind energy developer who will share their experience developing an offshore wind farm and dig into some of the lessons learned and benefits that NH could enjoy in moving forward on that clean energy opportunity.
Following this discussion, a panel of experts representing ISO NE, a utility, an energy generator, and a large business energy consumer, will cover how the regional grid, energy use, generation, and utilities are changing towards the efficient use of cleaner energy. Specifically, the panel will discuss what leading manufacturers are doing to control their energy expenditures and energy use and provide insights from the system operator, energy distribution, and utility-scale renewable energy generation perspectives. NH is beginning a large-scale transition toward more efficient and clean energy technologies and leading experts will share their perspectives on this transition to NH’s Energy Future.
