Our sponsorship program is designed for those wishing to target their marketing dollars towards SEBANE programming events, gain exposure to our membership and the solar industry of New England, and if desired, join SEBANE at a one-time reduced membership dues rate. We are offering three tiers of sponsorship for 2023. 

PLATINUM - $6,000

The annual platinum sponsorship program is our top tier opportunity designed for companies wishing to play a significant role in the Massachusetts and Greater New England solar market and have year-round exposure to our membership and our event attendees from across the region.  Benefits include:

• Free annual membership with SEBANE for one year (see benefits on the membership page)
• Top tier benefits of event sponsorship at all events within a 12-month period, including:
• • 4 comp tickets -- 2 staff + 2 VIP passes per calendar year
  • Vendor table and priority choice of location to display marketing collateral at one event per calendar year
  • Your logo-branded merchandise presented to attendees in a welcome packet
  • Ability to address the audience at two in-person events
  • Copy of attendee list prior to and following all events
  • Top tier placement of your logo on all event marketing material
  • Pre-event distribution of a one-page e-marketing flyer featuring sponsor messaging
  • Opportunity to host/facilitate one breakout room during all virtual events
• Your company featured semi-annually in our ‘platinum sponsor spotlight’ across SEBANE’s marketing platforms (newsletter, webpage, social media channels)—to be co-developed between your marketing team and ours
• In addition to logo recognition in every newsletter, the opportunity to provide an ad for the newsletter once / quarter
• Opportunity to provide one post per quarter for SEBANE social media channels (restricted to leadership posts only, not ads)
• Year-round logo promotion on our website hyper-linked to your website
• Exclusive sponsorship, tabling, and remarks at our annual membership meeting
• Your company featured in follow-up event blog with photo on SEBANE website
• Opportunity to participate on SEBANE’s Policy and/or Programming Committee
• Opportunity to run one of the SEBANE training sessions on a topic of your choosing (with pre-approval from Programming Committee)

• One time $250 credit or 25% discount (whichever is greater) toward annual SEBANE membership for one year for non- members only
• Opportunity to participate on SEBANE’s Policy and/or Programming Committee for members only
• One feature ‘gold sponsor spotlight’ in our newsletter, webpage, social media channels per year—to be co-developed between your marketing team and ours; podcasts, webinars, digital marketing as developed and selected by sponsor company may also be shared for promotion across SEBANE platforms
• Placement of logo on all event marketing material
• Copy of attendee list prior to and following all events
• Opportunity to have logo-branded merchandise presented to each attendee in welcome packets
• Vendor table to display marketing collateral and engage with attendees
• 2 comp tickets + 50% discount on 1 VIP pass

• Opportunity to participate on SEBANE’s Policy and/or Programming Committee for members only

• Option to display small pop-up banner at event

• One time $100 credit or 10% discount (whichever is greater) toward annual SEBANE membership for one year for non-members only
