Removing disincentives could quadruple the number of solar panels on CT school rooftops.

Solar panels on top of Branford Elementary School are expected to save the school district $200,000 over the next two decades. Gov Ned Lamont is proposing legislation to remove disincentives that he says make it harder for districts to install solar panels.
